Close to Montara Mountian and Montara State Beach. Only five miles to Linda Mar and eight miles to Half Moon Bay. An easy commute for folks that would work on the Peninsula, or to the biotech tech hub at Oyster Point in South San Francisco. Many folks drive to Daly City BART and commute to San Francisco using public transit. Live near the beach with quick access to all the Bay Area has to offer. Get that small town feel living among other independent thinkers.

The weather on the coast

The weather pattern is getting coastal. Sunny for a few days then the fog and drizzle. It comes in the evening and and then burns off around noon. It's nice as long as it doesn't stick around to long. It keeps the plants water and the dust down.

This past Saturday the weather was postcard perfect! I'm looking forward to the summer weather. I'll be making a few trips out of town to the Oregon high desert, and to Northern Nevada. I'll get my high/dry heat fix then. What's your thoughts on the Coastal weather?
