The San Mateo County Coastside real estate inventory for the middle of May 2010. Real Estate has been in the news nationally and internationally over the past year or two. Inventory which is determined looking at active and pending sales can vary widely. On the coast between Half Moon Bay and Montara.

This is what I found:

36 homes priced at $600,000 and under, a 2.25 month supply of inventory.

16 homes sale pending under $600K
